SCC RP Horley Library

Provision of a new library for Horley to be located in Unit 1 Russell Square, Horley RH6 7QH. The unit has been leased on a long-term lease by Surrey County Council.

The building is currently shell only. The works will comprise the design and construction of new rooms, including the installation of new perimeter glazing and the fit out of the library furniture etc.
