HM Prison Buckley Hall Dental Services -Expression of Interest

North of England Commissioning Support is working for and on behalf of NHS England & NHS Improvement (the Contracting Authority) and is managing the procurement process for the Health & Justice Team (North West).

The services to be provided include Dental Services only.

The above services will be provided across the following locations:

• HMP Buckley Hall.

The proposed financial threshold for this procurement is £132,433 p.a. on a contract term of 3 years.

The Contracting Authority is issuing this Prior Information Notice (PIN) as a request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) to engage with the market and to gather information in order to gain a better understanding of both the capacity and appetite of the market in delivering the proposed services, and to alert the market to a future tender opportunity.

It is important to note that this PIN is not a call for competition and as such you will need to express your interest in any future tender opportunity once the contract notice is published in OJEU and on Contracts Finder (approximately 11/2019). The current contract end date is 31st March 2020 and so it is anticipated that any new contract would start on 1st April 2020 and last for a period of 3 years.

It should also be noted that this PIN invites individuals and organisations to express an interest in this EOI exercise only, and it is NOT a pre-qualification questionnaire, and is NOT part of any pre-qualification or selection process.
