DUD - The Provision of Major Adaptations and Housing Assistance Works together with all Associated Works to Council Owned, Privately Owned, Privately and Housing Association Rented Homes

Dudley MBC is looking to set up work programmes for delivering major adaptations and housing assistance works within the Dudley Borough and potentially for use by other contracting authorities. The Works to be procured and called off through the two separate contract Lots could include any of the following:

• oLot A: The provision of major adaptations that could include but would not be limited to bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and WC extensions, conversions, level access showers, internal reconfiguration and door widening and ramping installations
• oLot B: The provision of housing assistance works that could include but not be limited to new kitchen and bathroom installations, new windows and doors and roofing works together with any damp treatments.

The value of 'Lot A' will be up to ?12,500,000 GBP (?12.5 Million) over four years. The value of 'Lot B' will be up to ?12,000,000 GBP (?12 Million) over four years.

The contract is expected to run for two years with an option to extend for a further two years. The expected commencement date is 1st January 2021.
