description
This research feeds into the wider IPSPC programme being delivered by Surrey County Council (SCC) through a grant by DWP. IPSPC (Individual Placement and Support in Primary Care) is a proven model of employment support, aiming to help individuals presenting with any level of mental or physical health condition to access and sustain high quality employment. One group at risk of being excluded from view is individuals who are already in work but still living in poverty. We want to hear from those experiencing in-work poverty to better understand their needs and what barriers they are impacted by, as well as connecting with Surrey's businesses to learn how current employment systems can be more accommodating to a workforce with flexible needs.
