GB-Telford: Telford50 Merchandise

Telford and Wrekin Council would like people who have a connection with the borough to take advantage of the official merchandise opportunities for 'Telford50'. Suppliers who have any plans or would like to develop ideas to make and sell commemorative or celebratory items should contact us via the Delta esourcing portal.

Suppliers can submit up to 2x A4 pages outlining the opportunity, descriptions, material used, retail prices and points/methods of sales along with any diagrams/design proposals to the Telford50 project team. Following this submission we'll discuss your ideas, agree any merchandise suggested, facilitate and release the official logo for the artwork for your use and help promote this for you.

Even though the mandatory cell for Value has been completed in this notice, please be advised there is no funding from the council to support this offer and in turn the council does not seek any profit share for anyone officially merchandising. All products need to be ready for sale in 2018.

Additional information: Please note the mandatory cell for Contract value has been populated in this notice but this opportunity will not be funded by Telford and Wrekin Council.

The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.

Communication will only be accepted via 'email the buyer' through the tenderbox. . Written replies will be provided to all enquiries and any points of clarification or information will be circulated to prospective tenderers via the delta email system.

The deadline for submitting your response(s) is Monday 5th March 2018 at 12noon. Your Selection Questionnaire must be completed and submitted electronically by using the tenderbox through www.delta-esourcing.com

Please ensure that you allow yourself at least 2 hours when responding to this invite prior to the closing date and time, especially if you have to upload multiple documents. If you are uploading multiple documents you will have to individually load one document at a time or you can opt to zip all documents in an application like WinZip. No other method of submission will be accepted.
