NHS Dental Services - Hillingdon and Newham

Provision of NHS general dental services in the London Boroughs of Hillingdon and Newham. NHS England (London Region) (the "Contracting Authority") invites expressions of interest from all suitably qualified and experienced providers to provide mandatory general dental services, under the Personal Dental Services (PDS) Plus Agreement in the London boroughs of Hillingdon and Newham. The procurement is split into 2 Lots. The Successful Provider/s will be required to deliver the services from a practice located within: Lot 1 - Yiewsley in the London Borough of Hillingdon; and/or Lot 2 - Canning Town / Custom House in the London Borough of Newham. The practice/s will be required to offer NHS general dental services to all patient groups and further details of what this includes are contained within the Memorandum of Information (MOI) documentation available via the ProContract e-tendering portal. The Agreement will be for an initial term of 5 years followed by an optional extension of 5 years. Therefore the contract will have a maximum (extended) term of 10 years (120 months). The expected contract start date for both Lots is 2 January 2019. The indicative annual values of the contracts will be in the region of: Lot 1 - Yiewsley £230,000 to £300,000 (Ex VAT, per annum) Lot 2 - Canning Town/ Custom House £400,000 to £450,000 (Ex VAT, per annum). Any Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be confirmed in the Service Specification. Following this procurement process, the Contracting Authority intends to award one contract for each of the Lots described above. Additional information: This Tender process is being managed by North East London Commissioning Support Unit (NEL CSU) on behalf of NHS England (the "Contracting Authority") in connection with a competitive procurement exercise that is being conducted in accordance with a process based on the Restricted Procedure under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 ("the Regulations" (as amended)). The services to which this Procurement relates fall within the "Light Touch Regime" (LTR) governing procurement of Health, Social, Education and Other service contracts.
