Quadrant Construction Contingent Worker Agencies Framework 2017-2020

Quadrant Construction was formed in 2010 to add an in-house construction practice to L&Q's operation.

The services now being sought are for the supply of Construction Contingent Workers/Operatives.

The initial term of the contract(s) is Three (3) years with option(s) to extend as follows at the absolute discretion of QCS: up to 1 extension of three (3) years each giving a total potential term of Six (6) years.

The intention is to select agencies capable of providing services at a total estimated value of ?20m, (exc VAT)

QCS now wishes to establish more robust and comprehensive arrangements that better reflect its requirements and represent better value for money.

This will be achieved through:

• oA Restricted Procedure, leading to the establishment of an OJEU compliant Framework.

The major requirements to be covered by the new arrangements are:

• oThe prompt and reliable service of contingent workers to QCS
