Community Based Anti-coagulation Stabilisation, Monitoring and Dosing Service for Non-Complex Patients - Sunderland - Request for Information

North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) working for and on behalf of NHS Sunderland Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) wish to engage with potential providers through a Request for Information (RFI) process in relation to a Community Based Anti-coagulation Stabilisation, Monitoring and Dosing Service for Non-Complex Patients for the population of Sunderland. The CCG is seeking to obtain input and feedback from provider organisations as part of the development of future service model development and/or commissioning intentions for delivery of Anti-Coagulation Services. Please note that the deadline for RFI responses is 12:00 noon on Monday 14.8.2017
