The Derbyshire County Council are currently pricing a refurbishment to Bennerley Fields PSU School and invite you to tender for the Roof Tiling element of the Project. We are seeking a price for Labour and materials. Please fix your price for 6 months.

Welfare facilities to be provided by the main contractor DCC Contract Services.
Scaffold, edge protection, chutes and hoisting facilities to be provided by CC Contract Services who will be doing alterations and replacement of arts of the timber roof structure All work has been measured from the drawings for tender purposes and the works as carried out will be subject to re-measure and revaluation.
Programme of work It is intended that the clay tile roofing works take place spring/early summer 2016 but exact dates are to be agreed.
