Pre Market Engagement - Enterprise Resource Planning System

Leicester City Council "the Council" currently uses on-premises, Unit4 Business World ERP (Milestone 7 version 10) "U4BW" for its Finance, Exchequer, and Procurement functions. The Council are commencing a process to gather market intelligence on two potential options in advance of the support and maintenance ending on 31 December 2024:

Option 1 - Replacement ERP

What market options are available for the provision of an Enterprise Resource Planning system

Option 2 - Migration to Cloud

What market options are available for assisting the Council transitioning from on-premises to Unit4 SaaS

Before commencing a formal tender process, the Council is keen to seek market information from organisations that may have an interest or expertise in this type of system. The information provided will be used to help inform and shape the requirements in our specification.
