Brighter Futures for Children currently uses a number of approved providers to deliver Alternative Provision support for children and young people aged 5 to 19, who require this service.
We are looking to introduce a 4 year Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for this service with an optional extension of up to 24 months, subject to the provision of available funding and the strategic priorities of the Council The Council is proposing to publish a directory of Approved AP Providers through the application of a modified Dynamic Purchasing System established under the Light touch Regime The DPS will consist of seven areas of service delivery (lots), Providers are invited to apply for one, more than one, or all Lots.
Lot 1 Full Time Alternative Education Provision
Lot 2 Part Time Alternative Provision
Lot 3 Tutoring
Lot 4 On Line Learning
Lot 5 Bespoke Provision
Lot 6 Additional Interventions which may be delivered on-site.
Lot 7 Full or Part Time Alternative Provision for Post 16 Students
