We are planning a phased introduction of electric vans over the next three years to partially replace the existing diesel fleet.

We have a requirement for the following:

1.40 electric vans as per the specification below.
a.We would seek to contract for 40 vans over the full period but require a call off delivery to multiple locations across the UK. We expressly don't want a bulk delivery but individual vans delivered as required.
b.Of the 40 total vans we are seeking 20 between April 2025 and March 2026.
c.10 between April 2026 and March 2027
d.10 between April 2027 and March 2028
e.We are open to lease hire options (new or used vans) as well as outright purchase.
2.Home charging infrastructure for 40 staff. Installation dates to align with van delivery.
3.Introductory driver training for staff who are new to electric vehicles. 60 sessions between April 2025 and March 2028 on a call off basis.
4.Vehicle movement service to routinely relocate vehicles around the UK. 30 movements averaging 250 miles each between April 2025 and March 2028. UK defined as England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland excluding Devon and Cornwall and Scottish islands.
