Business Lincolnshire Growth Hub Evaluation Services

Quotations are invited in respect of ongoing evaluation services of the Business Lincolnshire Growth Hub and its integrated projects and delivery streams. This contract will be to deliver a series of evaluations and reports on the delivery the Business Lincolnshire Growth Hub activities. Work closely with the Business Lincolnshire Growth Hub and align themselves within the delivery of the Growth Hub services to get a clear understanding of the delivery aims. Look nationally at other programmes to help shape new programme ideas going forward. Identify baseline data and any gaps in provision when compared to other national programmes and growth hubs highlighting any ongoing risks and challenges. Provide not just reports but meaningful insight that provides immediate ongoing benefits to the projects. Direct and indirect impacts, including a consideration of social and environmental impacts. Identify any additional case studies to illustrate how the Growth Hub has made a difference to businesses or people's lives.
