P0542 - Demolition of the Main Straight Grandstands at Alexander Stadium and the Remediation of the Site - AWARD

The Council wishes to establish a Contract for the demolition of the main straight grandstands and the remediation of the site.

• oPreliminaries in preparation for the works to commence
• oDemolition including;
• oDemolition including foundations to a depth of 2m below existing ground levels
• oRemoval of communication lines
• oRemoval of any fly tipped and surplus materials
• oIdentification and disposal of asbestos and toxic waste
• oSite protection
• oErect temporary security fencing
• oGrade site to match surrounding ground levels
• oRemediation
• oSite utility diversions and disconnections as required

The Contract will be for a duration of 8 months (unless terminated under the terms and conditions of contract).
