North Yorkshire County Council and its health partners wish to commission a feasibility study in relation to the provision of nursing and residential care and/or dual registered residential and nursing care within the boundary of the North Yorkshire County Council area. Significant challenges exist in North Yorkshire around availability and affordability of good standard Residential/Nursing Care provision. This feasibility study seeks to understand the specific challenges within the market and recommend options for addressing these in a managed way.
