| (ii) | Block B - Bungalow roof - existing stone ashlar roof covering is considerably eroded and require major repair / replacement to provide and keep bungalow building wind and weather tight - all in compliance with listed building legislation as directed by North Herts district Council Conservation Office |
| (iii) | Storm damaged Walls - Wall nr1 - to Long Walk - repair and rebuild / reduce wall height - all in compliance with listed building legislation as directed by North Herts district Council Conservation Office |
