Following a benchmarking exercise to ascertain the fit for purpose Ranger hut, Elmbridge Borough Council is approaching the market to fabricate and supply a fit for purpose Cabin that could be placed on a base supplied by an alternative supplier. The cabin must meet the specification fully to be considered. The cabin is to be fit for purpose and fulfil the following criteria:
- oHighly Secure, shutters entrance door etc
- oVandal Proof
- oApex Roof and Decra steel tile roof over the plain flat plate roof
- oExternally: Clad finished in timber log
- oInternally: Kitchen sink, worktop, unit, space for fridge.
- oElectrical Services: Lighting, Power points, Heaters etc
- oDrying room: Associated furnishing benches & 6 No: Lockers
