DBC (AL) Employers Agent Services for the Council's New Build Scheme (Garage Sites & Randalls Ride)

Dacorum Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Employers Agent practice to act on the behalf of the Council (the client) as the contract administrator for the design and build contract (JCT 2016) to be entered into in connection with the following sites at:

• oBeechfield, Kings Langley, Hemel Hempstead
• oDione Road, Highfield, Hemel Hempstead
• oHousewood End (1), Gadebridge, Hemel Hempstead
• oHousewood End (2), Gadebridge, Hemel Hempstead
• oNewpark Drive, Leverstock Green, Hemel Hempstead
• oSemphill Road (1), Bennetts End, Hemel Hempstead
• oSemphill Road (2) Bennetts End, Hemel Hempstead
• oSleddale & Wensleydale, Highfield, Hemel Hempstead

And also at:

• oRandalls Ride, Hemel Hempstead

As a minimum requirement, all bidders must have acted in the capacity of an Employers Agent for either a Local Authority or Registered Social Landlord on two schemes in the last two years.

The Tender is to provide Employers Agent Services for Dacorum Borough Council's 'New Build Garage Development Programme' and also at Randalls Ride, Hemel Hempstead.

The services provided are to be in line with the 'Employer's Agent Schedule of Services' and 'Project Brief' which will form the agreement. These documents can be found within 'Tender Information Documents - Part B Schedule One'.
