description

CECAN to co-ordinate and host a workshop with key government stakeholders at a venue in London utilising dependency modelling techniques. In order to:

identify the outcomes that each key government organisation wants to achieve in relation to managing mental health in the workplace;

identify the factors that influence achievement of their outcomes and agree the level of quantification required e.g. development of a systems map and estimation of likelihood;

develop an agreed understanding of a comprehensive approach to managing mental health; and

explore the potential of the approach for better coordination and targeting of resources across Government; leading to cost savings and less confusion for stakeholders.
