Provision of taxation services to the group including:
| • | Preparation and submission of corporation tax returns, and preparation of accounts disclosures for statutory accounts |
| • | Review quarterly VAT returns for Progress Housing Group |
| • | Review monthly VAT returns for Concert Living |
| • | Annual review of Tax Strategy Document, Transfer Pricing Policies & other |
| • | IR35 reviews as required |
| • | Retainer for basic queries (30 minutes or less) – expected to be mainly on VAT |
| • | Support with ad hoc projects as required |
To split over 2 lots, one for VAT and one for all other taxes.
