Swale Rainbow Homes is inviting Expressions of Interest to tender for Swale Rainbow Homes - Development Schemes Architect

Swale Rainbow Homes is procuring an architect to support the development of three schemes which it has identified in the project brief. The architect will liaise with the Local Planning Authority (LPA) and the Client's appointed planning application agent and consultants. To prepare a Planning Pre-Application enquiry for the LPA as either a drawing submission or drawing submission and meeting as selected by the client. In addition the Architect will liaise with the LPA and Clients appointed planning application agents and consultants, to prepare a Full Planning Application.

The contract shall commence on 9 May 2022 and is intended to cover certain stages of works on the RIBA work stages, specifically stages 1-3. We estimate the works will be completed well within 12 months. The bidder/s who submit/s the tender that scores the most points against our scoring criteria will be awarded the contract.

Expressions of Interest and the Invitation to Tender (ITT) document must be submitted / uploaded on the Council's e-tendering portal. The closing date for submission of Expressions of Interest and the closing date for the ITT is 25 April 2022 at 09:00hrs.
