SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF INTERNAL DOORS & ASSOCIATED IRONMONGERY FOR A 19 BED HOMELESS TEMPORARY ACCOMODATION SCHEME, HARROGATE, HG2 7JF

The Council is seeking a suitably qualified company to supply and fit internal door sets including FD30 & FD60 doors, glazed wooden screens and associated ironmongery for a 19 bed homeless temporary accommodation scheme at Spa Lane, Harrogate,

HG2 7JF. The Council requests proposals against the requirement set out in Section 1.

Detail of requirement:

To supply and fit 19 No. internal door sets for the bedsit en-suites (Accessible en-suite door sets 027 & 029 are 1010 wide, 2110 high, all other en-suite door sets are 710 wide and 2110 high)

To supply & fit 39 No. internal FD30 fire door sets of various sizes, finishes and acoustic ratings, these fire doors must be certified under the BWF-CERTIFIRE Fire Door and Doorset Scheme.

To supply & fit 6 No. internal FD60 fire door sets of various sizes, finishes and acoustic ratings, 4 of which are in glazed wooden screens as below, these fire doors must be certified under the BWF-CERTIFIRE Fire Door and Doorset Scheme.

To supply & fit 4 No. glazed wooden screens of various sizes with 30 / 60 minute fire resistance.

To supply & fit all ironmongery for internal doors -

including door handles, door closers and fire door keep shut signs for fire doors as needed, escutcheons to match locks/handles, oval floor mounted door stops as needed, stainless steel kick plates pull handles and push plates as needed and euro cylinder pull to communal room stores as needed. Door sets with a leaf and a half to have a radius stainless steel flush bolt to the half door with easy clean floor socket- all to be agreed and confirmed by client.
