De Montfort University are looking refurbishment of The Watershed Building - External

Elevation. This will involve;

• oRefurbish gates, remove youth club panels etc.
• oGround floor 0.04 - convert the area into a 2 person office and kitchenette.
• o0.10b - remove kitchen equipment and make good the area for increased space for the rowing machines.
• o0.12 - refurbish female changing room including showers.
• o0.13 - refurbish male changing room including showers.
• o0.14 - refurbish male toilets.
• o0.15 - refurbish disabled toilets.
• o0.16 - refurbish female toilets.
• o0.18 - refurbish unisex toilets.
• oStairwell 1 - refurbish. Stairwell 2 - refurbish. Stairwell 3 -refurbish.
• oGround floor circulation areas - replace flooring and redecorate Ground floor changing room circulation area - replace flooring and redecorate.
• oWatershed First floor - Open space into one open studio including room 1.14. 1.06 -repaint male toilets.1.08 - repaint disabled toilets .1.02 - refurbish accessible shower room but remove the shower and just leave the toilet. 1.15 - refurbish accessible toilet or remove and make into storage for rowing team. • oLength of contract: 13 weeks and 4 days .
