SBS Project Group Development Leadership Support

Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations who wish to be considered for selection to tender for SBS Project Group Development Leadership Support.

Hampshire County Council (The Council) is part of an EU-funded project called Step by Step (SBS). The aim of the project is to improve men's health and wellbeing and is focused on developing a new model of community health and wellbeing. The Council is seeking a Provider to deliver an individualised group development and leader support training, mentoring and grant programme to individuals involved in the SBS project.

The Group Development and Leader Support Programme is tailored to the needs of SBS groups and consists of:

• oIndividualised support package (Inc. mentoring and coaching) provided to Group Leaders to enable them to successfully set up, run their groups and implement the SBS model. Where appropriate this includes signposting to training provided by the SBS project and other external organisations.
• oProvision of small grants programme to assist with group start-up and implementation of the SBS model

Total contract value is up to ?150,000.

The Contract will commence on 28 June 2019 and will be for a period of 1 year and 6 months.

Interested parties should register their interest in the project via the In-Tend website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire, and complete and submit the tender return document together with any supporting information requested by 12:00 hrs on Thursday 06 June 2019.
