Business Transformation Programme - External Specialist Support

** CONTRACT AWARDED VIA FURTHER COMPETITION UNDER CROWN COMMERCIAL SERVICES FRAMEWORK RM6187 MCF 3**

NS&I has a requirement for a Supplier to support the business with the development and implementation of delivery plans, new capabilities, and associated change management.

The project will be structured into the two workstreams outlined below, commencing with an initial discovery phase for each. The detailed scope for subsequent phases will be agreed following discovery and prior to commencement:

Workstream 1: Transition and Delivery - implementing the plans to transition from the existing outsourced model to the multi-supplier model and ensure the continuity of service to customers throughout.

Workstream 2: Organisation Transformation - designing and implementing the required changes to NS&I's internal organisation design, skills and capabilities, processes, systems and ways of working to enable the future operating model.

The initial term of the contract is for 12 months, followed by up to two separate discretionary extensions, of 6 months each, up to a total of 24 months (12+6+6).
