The Insolvency Service is letting a contract to conduct an independent review of the effectiveness of the Insolvency Service Board (ISB) and its interactions with its sub-committees and the senior management team, including benchmarking against similar organisations. The aim of this review is to;
- a)inform improvements to the effectiveness of Board; and
- b)provide assurance to Cabinet Office/BEIS and the wider Insolvency community that the Insolvency Service is meeting requirements, following best practice and improving its effectiveness.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
