Specification for Delivery of the Level 4 Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship Standard

Please note Gloucestershire County Council will provide a standard contract for services that complies with the ESFA funding rules and will supply this to the successful training provider (a copy is available on request) Objectives of the contract • To provide a cost effective and flexible apprenticeship delivery model for Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) • To develop project management skills for up to 8 apprentices - this will include both newly appointed staff and individuals needing significant new knowledge and skills • To provide a training and support programme which is flexible, user friendly and can be personalised to meet individual needs • To provide individual learning plans that offer added value in terms of training and development • To provide management and business information to monitor performance • To provide a management qualification bolt on to the Level 4 Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship Standard • To provide a named contact for the management of the contract. • Flexibility of the training offer, block training or delivered to meet individual needs. • The location for training or assessment delivery will be within 45 minutes travel time of the Apprentice's normal place of work, and must be accessible by the Apprentice at minimal cost to them, by public transport. • Training will be delivered in a suitable venue for the delivery of learning, accounting for individual apprentice needs as appropriate. This includes ensuring that any venue is health and safety compliant, equality and diversity friendly and fit for purpose for the specific training (e.g. including necessary equipment to aid learning).
