Suffolk Construction Framework 2019

Suffolk County Council wishes to put in place a framework for its construction requirements over the next 4 years, it will be available for all public contracting authorities in the East of England. This Framework will be awarded by Suffolk County Council but the resultant contract will be managed by Concertus Design and Property Consultants, a wholly owned company of Suffolk County Council. The framework will be for contractors who have the capability and resources to undertake work on a traditional and design and build basis under a range of contract types. In addition to the contractors undertaking traditional construction and refurbishment works, the framework can be utilised for specialist trades via the main contractor; demolition and condition improvement works to the fabric and infrastructure of buildings. The framework will have the following 4 Lots with works projects in the following ranges Band 1 - £0 - £750k

Band 2 - £500k - £3.5m

Band 3 - £2.75m - £10m

Band 4 - £8m +
