The Council seeks Quotes for The Bournemouth, Dorset and Poole Local Resilience Forum are looking for an automated mass notification system that will drastically reduce the time it takes to alert agencies to an emergency incident. The system should enable delivery of high-speed, high or low volume, targeted messages to select groups or key individuals; ensuring the message is always sent to and received by the right recipient. This is a collective proposal from the unitary, county, district and borough councils within the Bournemouth, Dorset and Poole Local Resilience Forum (BDP LRF)
