Provision of Public Conveniences and Demolition Works

The Council is looking to demolish and replace toilets at Richmond Walk, Southway, Crownhill and Whitleigh Green. The toilets will be replaced with 1 x Unisex pre-modular re-locatable toilet at each site which will have both mother and baby changing and disabled facilities. The other Works include the refurbishment of an existing toilet at Devil's Point and inserting pre modular pods into the existing building i.e. 1 x disabled toilet with mother and baby changing, 2 unisex and also a shower with disabled and mother and baby changing facilities. To the rear of the building there will be minimal Works, which will be leased to the local Tennis Club. The final Works will be to demolish two toilets at Hooe and Outland Road and make good of the landscape.
