Personal Protective Equipment PPE - Stage 2 Rev 1

Supply of Hi-Vis Workwear/PPE for use on Construction sites.

Required items to include:

Work boots, Helmets, Orange Hi-Vis trousers,Rainwear, Coveralls, coats, gloves, safety glasses Supply commencing Winter 2020 until Winter 2024

The successful supplier should have a mechanism to print the company logo on the wearable PPE items.

It is desirable for the successful supplier to prove an online ordering portal, for the above items, that can demonstrate the following:

• Annual Allowance for individuals
• Ability to demonstrate cost control through the allowance
• Track Orders from point of order to receipt of delivery
• Invoicing system
• Ability to produce reports on orders
• Supply PPE to specification required but also provide innovative solutions

Other items may be required such as face visors, hearing protection, face masks

Please note the supplier must be able to provide all of the above items and services.

Suppliers will be assessed on various factors including, but not limited to, Quality, Safety, Experience, Adding Value to the project.

Successful suppliers will be short-listed and be invited to respond to the formal Tender process.
