The College seeks a main contractor for the fast track delivery of the refurbishment and redecoration projects below at it's main campus in Egham, Surrey (TW20 0EX):

-The re-carpeting of the library within the Grade I Listed Founders Building

-Re-upholstery of existing furniture items/replacement of furniture items within the Bedford Library

-Refurbishment (removal of a partition and redecoration works) of three interconnected rooms in the Williams Building, including installation of Audio Visual equipment) -Re-decoration of the entrance lobby of the Moore Building TV Studio

The contract will be awarded to a contractor who meets the minimum requirements below:

-Minimum turnover of £440k

-Minimum Employers insurance: £5million

-Minimum Public Liability insurance: £5million

-Minimum Professional Indemnity insurance: £2million

-Current valid membership of CHAS/Exor or an equivalent Contractor's H&S scheme

This tender is being run in accordance with the College`s Financial Regulations.
