Cafe Concession at Bromley Civic Centre

The London Borough of Bromley ("the Council") is inviting tenders for the provision of a Caterer for the Bromley Civic Centre Café Concession. This will be procured via an Open Tender Process.

The Council is seeking to secure an experienced Contractor that can manage, deliver and develop an innovative service making the Civic Centre Cafeteria the preferred choice for both staff and visitors. The Contractor will provide good quality food at a reasonable price, served by friendly and helpful staff. The Contractor must have a demonstrable track record of delivering catering services within a similar catering facility.

The Cafeteria is located at the rear of the Great Hall which is set in the grounds of Bromley Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley, BR1 3UH and is conveniently located in the centre of Bromley. The Civic Centre is a busy site; the premises accommodate over 1,000 staff working across a range of council services. The site also attracts a large number of people who are visiting the Council in respect to the Council services or attending events and activities at the site.

The Contract will commence on 1st October 2019 and be for a period of 2 years, with an option to extend for a further period up to, but not exceeding 2 years at the sole discretion of the Council.
