GB-Sutton in Ashfield: TS16/05

Ashfield Homes Ltd (AHL) invites you to tender for the Repair and Maintenance of Automated Door Entry Systems Incorporating CCTV Access throughout the district of Ashfield. The duration of the tender will be for 12 months with the option to extend annually up to a further 24 months from the start date of this contract. The Client may request that the Contractor undertake related works throughout the contract period.

The addresses to which this Schedule refers are:

All located within the Ashfield District i.e. Sutton in Ashfield, Kirkby in Ashfield, Hucknall, Selston, Jacksdale, Underwood etc.

The systems predominately consist of three different activation pads;

•Key fob and communication with tenant.

•Communication with tenant via entering property number into numbered keyboard. •Communication with tenant via specific property numbered keyboard buttons. •7 systems incorporate CCTV Access

The systems are situated around three main areas of Ashfield as follows;

•Approximately 77 control panels in the Sutton area. •Approximately 37 control panels in Hucknall.

•Approximately 7 control panels in the Kirkby/ Rural Area. •Various adapted single entry points for tenants with specific needs

All Systems operate on a twenty-four hour, three hundred and sixty five day a year basis.

All systems (except single entry points) incorporate a trade override facility which operates a set time according to individual property requirements.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
