You are invited to submit a fixed price, lump sum tender for the works referred to as “External Works – Phase I”.

The project will be let as a design & build contract, and the works will be undertaken under the JCT Design and Build Contract (2011 Edition).

This project forms Phase I of the University External Masterplan Works, encapsulating 6 smaller subprojects

The University welcomes early engagement to discuss programme and phasing to achieve the required project objectives. across the main site.
