description
Ainsdale Toilet Block- Remove existing block and build/install new block with compostable waste system. The old block was compostable so there may already be some infrastructure under the block that can be used. The existing block is approx. 14 square metres. Ideally it will have a male and a female cubicle and a wash basin. There is hard standing and good access to the site.
Ainsdale Cycle/Forestry Track- Resurface existing track approx. 2500 metres. The existing track is wide enough to take a large tractor and needs to be able to take occasional timber loads. Principally it is used as a cycle track as part of a long distance route. The surface will need removing and grading and a fine quality topping applied. In some areas additional material will be required. Material must be natural and clean. The track will require an appropriate camber.
Ribble Cattle Shed- Build/install new cattle shed approx. between 400 and 600 square metres. There is currently one cattle shed but to reduce run off we need to cover a larger area of the yard either all of it or a smaller area depending how close we can build to the existing building. A simple agricultural barn type structure is needed.
Ribble Short Access Track- Build/install sustainable track for cattle from shed yard over flood bank approx. 80 metres. This is to facilitate cattle leaving the yard and walking over the flood bank onto the site.
