KCL-00001021 Grounds Maintenance and landscape Gardening

King's College London is looking to appoint a Grounds Maintenance and landscape maintenance contractor for their Campuses and Residences. The sites consist of:

• oStrand Campus, Maughan Library, Bush House, James Clerk Maxwell Building & Somerset House East Wing;
• oGuys Campus & Britannia House;
• oSt Thomas';
• oDenmark Hill Campus;
• oChampion Hill, Student Accommodation;
• oGreat Dover Street, Student Accommodation; and
• oStamford Street, Student Accommodation

The services required will include (but are not limited to):

• oLawn care and maintenance
• oFlower bed and planter maintenance
• oSeasonal planting
• oTree maintenance
• oThe supply and care of internal plants i.e. Orchids, Cactuses.
• oAd hoc work.
