Provider Event - North Northamptonshire Council - Supported Living Services for Adults

North Northamptonshire Council are pleased to advise we will be procuring Supported Living Services in partnership with the NHS Northamptonshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) for Adults, inclusive of people with a Learning Disability, Mental Health Needs and Autism.

Supported Living offers a property where the individual has their own tenancy, and rights to where they live. There is a clear separation between the Housing Provider (Landlord) and the Support Provider. Assured Shorthold Tenancies are generally in place, enabling individuals to benefit from a permanent rather than short-term or time limited living arrangement. Supported living services generally require registration with CQC to provide the regulated activity of personal care.

We are looking to recommission services currently provided through the jointly commissioned Frameworks; Adults with a Learning Disability (Commissioning Framework for People with a Learning Disability) and the Any Qualified Provider (AQP).

These services will be delivered using a strength based and outcomes focused model demonstrating innovation and quality of services. Providers must be able to work in partnership with the Council, Health colleagues and Housing Providers to develop services in line with best practice, over the lifetime of the Contract.

A Market Engagement event will be held on Tuesday 6th May 2025 ahead of the proposed publication of this opportunity in September 2025.

This event seeks to engage with the Market and include details of the service as well as offering procurement support surrounding the tendering of bids.
