Creating a video and photography record of Local Government Challenge 2023 which raises the profile of the programme, the officers and councils involved, and local government more generally. The films and photography will also be a key component of our marketing for officers to apply to be contestants, and for councils to apply to host the 2024 programme.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
