InReach Limited wishes to invite potential suppliers to submit tenders for the provision of a Lettings, Management and Maintenance service for InReach's Dispersed Property Portfolio.
InReach (Birmingham) Limited InReach is a wholly-owned company subsidiary of Birmingham City Council. The organisation was set up in December 2014 and provides a further tenancy option for the city, providing Private Rented accommodation. The Council is responding to the demand for rented homes at market price and setting the quality standards for all to follow.
The services required include:
- Tenant Management
- Property Management
- Property Maintenance and Repairs
- Rent Administration
The initial contract term will be for 3 years, with an option to extend for a further period of up to 2 years subject to satisfactory performance and continued requirements.
InReach Limited will be using its free to use e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and potential suppliers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
