Connect2Kent (C2K) operates as a managed service provider recruitment business within Commercial Services dealing with temporary, contract and interim vacancies for the public sector. In accordance with best procurement practice, EU and UK Procurement Directives and Regulations, C2K wishes to create a Framework Agreement (the Agreement) for temporary worker agencies for preferred supplier listing status. The procurement process adopted by C2K is based upon the 'Dynamic Purchasing System' as detailed in The Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

In brief the process will be as follows: Only those organisations that express their interest in this opportunity via the Kent Business Portal will receive this Invitation to Tender (ITT) All submitted compliant bids will be evaluated in accordance with the instructions contained within this document. During the period of the DPS, the Agreement will remain open to new organisations who may tender to become an approved supplier. Organisations wishing to be added to the DPS will have to meet the minimum quality standards as defined in this document. Successful organisations appointed to the DPS will be given equal standing with existing DPS members within their respective supply categories. This opportunity will be completed electronically via ProContract, a site run by Due North. Interested organisations should go to www.kentbusinessportal.org.uk to register and express interest. This is DPS framework and as such potential providers wishing to supply pre-dominantly in Kent will have the opportunity to join the Agreement throughout its anticipated 4 year life span.
