Following the receipt of funding from the The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) under the Accelerating Reform Fund, the Council is seeking to use the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) SPARKS DPS RM6094 to conduct a further competition process to procure an online carers support tool. The tool will enable carers to access information, locate support, create their own self-help plans to support them in their caring role and their wider wellbeing and support online statutory carers assessments delivery.
The contract will be for a total of 2 years.
