Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire Integrated Care Board (BSWICB) is exploring options on how to commission their technologies for Virtual Wards. The ICB will be supporting Primary and Secondary care providers build resilient technology enabled Virtual Care services, providing clinically safe patient care away from acute settings. The ICB requires that solutions provided can immediately be upscaled in alignment with trajectories the Integrated Care Service submitted and agreed with NHSE.
The full service scope is in the process of being defined. To assist in the scoping of services the BSWICB are seeking to engage with suitably qualified providers to help inform their next steps initially through a questionnaire via MS forms. This contract will therefore be awarded in accordance with the provisions applicable in Section 5 (sub-section 7) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
