Elmbridge Borough Council wants to install the provision of a range of security measures to prevent vehicular entry or occupation by any person or persons at 16 sites. This would be through Ditches/Bunding, Wooden Posts, Metal Roll Top Posts, Roll Top Sliding Barriers and Wooden Sliding Barriers.
