GB-Nottinghamshie: Estate Maintenance Support

Ashfield Homes Limited (AHL) invites suitable companies to tender for providing a specific number of operatives to deliver a range of estate maintenance activities, including (but not limited to) the removal of fly tipping, strim/cut grass and/or overgrowth, break out and remove redundant materials, assist tradespersons in a labouring capacity, paint areas of fencing, sweep and disinfect internal stairwells and communal areas of Sheltered accommodation etc. . The submitted costs are to include for the supply of suitably qualified/experienced operatives, a suitable vehicle, tools, PPE etc to deliver the required works. It’s anticipated that the day-to-day activity of the operatives will be co-ordinated by Ashfield Homes Limited’s (AHL) Estate Team Leader.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
