Supply, installation and maintenance of a EPI2SEM is a bespoke ultra-high vacuum (UHV) cluster with 3 chambers for growth by molecular beam epitaxy (MBE), in-situ analysis by electron spectroscopy (NanoESCA) and scanning probe microscopy (SPM) of semiconductors based on III-VI compounds.

Installation and commissioning of the equipment to be completed and invoiced by 01/05/2021.
