description

The University annually publishes a printed prospectus as a key part of its undergraduate recruitment marketing. Print prospectuses are available for people to request online and are the main 'carry-out' at national UCAS recruitment events. The prospectus for entry to the University in September 2023 is published in February 2022, in line with the 18-month recruitment cycle. This RFQ is for CCCU's 2023 UG prospectus.

CCCU has an established format for UG prospectuses, and we don't want to change this for the 2023 version.

Our design and production processes are very tight, as information can be changing up to the last minute. We therefore need a printer to work within our tight turnaround times. We aim to get artwork to the printer by the end of January, for proofing, print and delivery within 3-4 weeks.

Mindful of supply chain issues, we would like to place the order with the successful printer by 1st December 2021, to allow for the purchase of the paper in good time. We will be able to confirm the print run and pagination by this date, based on the costing information supplied in the RFQ. The deadline for delivery of the order is w/c 21 February 2022.
