The purpose of this contract is to work with a search dog Contractor to:
| 1. | Refine and test an effective method of training dogs to reliably detect weapons and explosives contained at various points around a vehicle, without the need to enter the passenger compartment. |
| 2. | Validate a certification test for vehicle search dogs, using dogs trained by the canine contractor under the above determined training methodology. |
