Preparation of Master Plan and Supplementary Planning Document for Huyton Town Centre

Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council (KMBC) wishes to commission consultants to develop a master plan and Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) for Huyton Town Centre. This document constitutes the tender brief and outlines the Council's requirements relating to the completion of this commission. Whilst the principle focus should be the area within the town centre boundary consultants are also asked to look outside at the wider area that may impact on, or have an external influence on, the town.
