Accredited Level 7 Postgraduate Level training programme for registered midwives across England, to achieve the Chief Midwifery Officer's vision and objectives for 1 in 20 midwives to be trained as PMAs to ensure Maternity services are supported to be staffed according to safe staffing principles and evidence based workforce tools and to deliver the Ockenden action regarding a sustainable workforce delivering high quality safe care.
